MCP Rescue & Outreach is a Chicago based animal rescue and advocacy organization dedicated to ending preventable animal suffering by providing life saving rescue, medical care, foster to adoption pathways and by tackling the root causes of overpopulation through low cost spay/neuter access, humane education, community partnerships, and legislative initiatives.

Our animal rescue efforts focus on animals at the highest risk — pit bull type dogs, senior animals, animals with special needs, or animals with serious medical or behavioral challenges. We look at this process as adopting new humans into our Pack versus adopting our dogs out. We are quality over quantity: we know our dogs well, stand behind them 100%, and go slow to secure a successful forever match.
